We ask you to use the products before deciding. That only works if you can send them back after opening them — so you can.

Orders leave Brooklyn within two business days. Delivery takes three to five business days by USPS or UPS Ground. You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel ships.
We ship within the United States only. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an order.
Opened products are accepted, up to half the bottle used. You cannot judge a shampoo without washing your hair with it, and we would rather you tried.
One return per order.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
The complete ritual costs $110 instead of $138 because all four are bought together.
If you return one of the four, the discount is recalculated on what you keep. Keeping the shampoo, conditioner and mask means keeping $100 worth of products at single prices — so the refund is $10, not $38.
Returning all four refunds the full $110.
Email hello@bidess.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject line. We reply within two business days with the address and, where it applies, a prepaid label.
Do not send anything back before you hear from us — unannounced parcels cannot be traced to an order.
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and refund within five to ten business days, to the card or method you paid with. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
If a return does not meet the conditions above, we contact you before deciding anything — we will not simply keep the product and stay silent.
Photograph the parcel and the product, then write to us within seven days of delivery. We replace or refund, at your choice, and cover the shipping both ways.
