The rules that apply when you buy from BÍDESS. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
This site is operated by Bidess LLC, Brooklyn, New York. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
An order becomes a contract only when we confirm it by email. Until then we may decline it — for example if a product is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we have already charged you, we refund in full.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.
The assessment describes what can be seen in a photograph and suggests a cosmetic routine. It is not a medical diagnosis and it is not medical advice.
It cannot detect a scalp condition, a deficiency, or any illness. If you are losing hair, if your scalp is painful, inflamed or bleeding, or if something changes suddenly, see a doctor or a dermatologist. Do not wait for a shampoo to fix it.
BÍDESS products are cosmetics. They cleanse, condition and care for hair and scalp. They are not medicines and they are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Results differ from person to person and no result is guaranteed. Anything we say about softness, shine or feel describes appearance, not a medical outcome.
Patch-test before first use if you have sensitive skin. Stop using a product and see a doctor if you react to it. External use only. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children.
An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your email address secure — anyone who reads it can sign in. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can close it at any time and we delete what it holds.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered inside Stripe's secure field and travel directly to them, encrypted. Your statement shows BIDESS. If a payment is disputed, we may suspend the order until it is resolved.

The BÍDESS name, the site, its text, its photographs and its design belong to Bidess LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. You keep everything you send us — your photographs remain yours, and we use them only as the Contact · Privacy policy describes.
Do not attempt to break into the site, disrupt it, scrape it automatically, or submit photographs of someone who has not agreed to it.
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes belong to the courts of New York, unless the law of your home state gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
